Another great Halloween.  Phoebe had friends Sophia and Shannon over and Finlay arrived back from school to find his good friends William and James Lewis waiting for him all ready to go.

Finlay quickly threw on a costume and mask and we were ready to go.  And with the mildest Halloween ever, it was a good night for a bit if trick or treating and catching up with neighbours.

Finlay enjoyed doing his moon walk for extra sweets and Phoebe tried a joke or two and all came home with buckets piled high.

Our puking pumpkin, that Phoebe helped design, was a big hit with the trick or treaters, but there were some very impressive pumpkins to be found along our road.

The men, left at home, (Benson and Bill) tried to offer some of our trick or treaters cucumber and carrots but when that didn’t go down too well they did manage to persuade some teenagers to do gymnastic before parting with the sweets.

To finish the evening off there was some delicious Thai pumpkin soup made by the brilliant witch – Julie Lewis.
